John Mullen & Co was founded over six decades ago and we now service claims throughout Hawaii and the Pacific Basin, including Johnston Island, Kwajalein and American Samoa. Our adjusting firm has grown over the years and we have nearly 80 employees, including a staff of 40 licensed claims adjusters and appraisers, 4 intake claim representatives, and 2 registered nurse case managers. We have employees that speak and/or are able to translate the following languages: Japanese, Filipino, Samoan, Spanish, and Korean.
